NCA is truly blessed to have the help of many work teams as we pursue our school motto of Academic Excellence with a Christian Foundation. Teams typically consist of 10 to 30 people staying one or two weeks in Nicaragua. (But there are no limitations on the size of the team or the length of the stay.) Most projects typically involve construction, painting and other campus improvements, but many volunteers help with such diverse activities as leading the students in worship, providing teacher in-service training, sewing curtains for the classrooms, and evangelizing the surrounding community.

While most teams bring resources and expertise to Nicaragua, they leave personally enriched by their experiences in a third-world country. Team members gain a new appreciation of the many needs of the people of Nicaragua and how God provides for these needs.
